REGISTRATION
REGISTRATION RULES
1. ALL registration forms must be signed by parent/legal guardian and have valid contact info. Not signed forms or forms without that information will not be processed.
2. Number of the participants is limited. If the number is capped before the March 20, 2010, the registration will be closed.
3. To provide equal opportunity for all children there is a limit of 15 (fifteen) children registered per school. This number includes all branches and franchises of an institution.
4. A non-refundable registration fee this year is $40. The fee covers
Families registering several children and requesting one photo per family may pay $40 for the first child and $35 for each of other siblings. To obtain the discount all applications for the family members should be submitted together.
Subscribers to the “Malenkaya Kompaniya” magazine and students of our studio enjoy the same discount.
5. By registering your child for the olympiada or mini-olympiada you give “Malenkaya Kompaniya” your permission to take photos and film your child and use those materials in its publications, press releases, promotional materials, on the website and in TV programs. This permission is perpetual and royalty-free. Please indicate whether the name of the child may or may not be disclosed (this includes disclosure in the List of Winners published after the contest)

You may pay for several children by one check; in this case you still will have to provide separate registration forms for each child.
The deadline for the applications is March 20, 2010. A child is registered only when we get both the information and the payment.
If you prefer, you may pay by Paypal. Please keep in mind that then you’ll have to pay $42 to cover Paypal fee. Do not forget to email us (olympiada@detskiyzhurnal.org) all the information for registration.
